Use the words “Affiliate Request ” in your mail subject line.
If you wish you can provide me with a link to your 88×31 pixels web button.
Also notice that you must place the link button somewhere on your affiliate/link partner page or a clear spot on your website
Click on this: button to download it, unzip it and place it on your server, hot linking is not allowed.
You might need winzip to unpack it.
