This House is inspired by a friends new home.
It’s for the Sims 2, i’ll make it later for the sims 3
It has 1 bedroom, 1 bathroom and a kitchen / living room, there is also enough space to place a car or make a nice garden.

Expansion needed: none, only floors and walls used and the bathroom and kitchen are from the base game.
